COVID 19 CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation linked to the HEALTH CRISIS, reimbursement will be effective at all times.
For the Non-Refundable rate, only the postponement of the stay will be offered
Rentals start on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday depending on the option chosen and end on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in high season. Arrival from 5 p.m., departure before 10 a.m.
A deposit of 400 euros (credit card or cash) will be requested on arrival, returned on the day of departure.
The compulsory local tax is to be paid on site (€ 1.40 per day per person, subject to change).
Animals are strictly prohibited. No deviation from this rule will be tolerated under penalty of reprisals.
You have the possibility to borrow free baby equipment depending on availability (cot, high chair, potty and infant bath)
Rental of beach towels and tea towels.
Final cleaning: 2 rooms 40 € / 3 rooms 50 €.

The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival along with the holder's identity card.
Terms of Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of accommodation is requested upon booking.
The balance is due:
In high season: 30 days before the departure of the stay
In mid season: 15 days before the departure of the stay
In low season: 5 days before the departure of the stay
For a reservation made beyond the cancellation fee limit, full payment of the rental will be requested at the time of booking.
Terms of Sales
The general conditions of sale governing the relationship between travel agencies and their customers have been set by articles 95 to 103 of decree n ° 94-490 of June 15, 1994 taken in application of article 31 of the law of July 13 1992.
The prices indicated are established on the basis of the economic and fiscal conditions in force on the date of preparation of this brochure. Any changes (taxes, fiscal duties, value added tax, etc.) could lead to a change in prices according to the legislation in force.
Payments are to be made by Credit Card. Holiday vouchers are accepted as well as payments by bank checks made out to PAESE SERENU and bank transfers.
The booking confirmation takes the place of an invoice paid upon payment of the balance. We do not accept checks for payment on site.
All registrations must be made in writing or by telephone, accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay (or the entire price of the stay in the event of registration beyond the limit for cancellation fees).
A booking confirmation will be given to the customer. After payment of the balance, the necessary elements will be sent to the buyer to get to the Residence Paese Serenu (Confirmation with access map on the back). The customer who has not paid the balance by the agreed date is, without prior reminder, considered to have canceled his stay and incurs cancellation costs equivalent to the deposit paid.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (mail or email).
Only the date of receipt of the cancellation will prevail and will determine the amount of the costs according to the scale below:
Low season :
No charge more than 5 days before the start of the stay - 100% of the total amount from 5 days before the start of the stay
No charge more than 14 days before the start of the stay - 100% of the total amount from 14 days before the start of the stay
No charge more than 30 days before the start of the stay - 100% of the total amount from 30 days before the start of the stay
By way of reciprocity, if the seller were to exceptionally be unable to honor one of the essential reservation elements before departure, the buyer would be offered an equivalent or superior solution at no additional cost. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, the seller will reimburse the sums paid. In this case, the buyer will receive compensation equivalent to the penalty he would have had to pay if he had himself canceled on that date.
Number of participants
The number of people indicated per accommodation corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy taking into account the available equipment. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
The customer is required to insure against the risks inherent in the occupation of the reserved accommodation (theft, loss, damage to his personal property) as well as damage that he could cause to the equipment of the rental property, or damage that he could cause due to his negligence.
It is up to the client to respect the internal regulations of the residence. S.A.S. Paese Serenu cannot be held responsible for any external nuisances that might disrupt, interrupt or prevent the smooth running of the stay, in particular in the event of a lack of electricity, gas or water (strikes, floods, etc.).

Tourist tax and deposit
A flat-rate tourist tax to be paid on behalf of the municipality will be invoiced to you the day before your departure and will not be refunded in the event of late arrival or early departure. A deposit by credit card, check or cash (not cashed) will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure after verification.
